I, like many others, got into fitness for my mental health. I was very underweight and unhealthy for years and eventually hit a wall. I needed something to help not only my physical health, but my mental health too. I struggled with a huge lack of self confidence and it wasn't until I took control of my mind and body that I found a balance. A balance that created a healthy relationship with food and exercise — a balance that helped me fall back in love with myself again.
